Arrival / Departure

The time of arrival in the room is after 15:00 and departure must be done by 11:00.

If you arrive before the 15:00 and your room is ready, you can check in earlier, otherwise, you can take us to your luggage and return when your room is ready. On the day of your departure, the check-out can be done by 11:00. Then there is the possibility to hold your luggage and deliver it to you at your departure.

For extended stay beyond 11:00 (upon availability) and until 18:00 you will need to pay the 50% of the rent of the day while staying beyond the 18:00, you will need to pay the full rent of the day.

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival.

Each room can be accommodated free of charge one child under 2 years old in a baby cot, while one child from 3 to 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.

One older child or adult is charged upon prior arrangement before arrival.

Our accommodation is pet-friendly and can be accepted free of charge in some rooms upon request.
